Coaching

Stirling Triathlon Club has one of the most developed sports coaching programmes in the UK with sessions for people of all abilities from eager beginners to full time pro athletes.

The club has been recognised for its commitment to promoting sport and athletic development at both local and national level. Many of the coaches have received awards recognising their commitment and expertise.

The coaching programme is designed by head coach John Lunn and delivered weekly by volunteer coaches who are all qualified, registered with Triathlon Scotland and disclosure checked to work with children. The wider coaching team includes session leaders and other volunteers.  This committed team all work to help you achieve your triathlon goals.

The clubs coaching programme all comes as part of your membership at Stirling Tri Club and sessions are available in all disciplines with variations depending on the time of year.

The coaches are here to support your athletic goals and have vast knowledge and experience. Whether you are a complete beginner, returning to sport or new to the area Stirling Triathlon Club prides itself in creating a friendly environment that we hope you will find both stimulating and rewarding.
