Day Training Time Location Description
Monday Bike 8-9pm The Peak, Forthbank, Stirling Coached spin session. A limited number of places are available for older juniors.
Tuesday Swim 7.30pm - 8.15pm The Peak, Forthbank, Stirling Coached swimming session for technique and general swimming improvement. 

Please email before attending and complete a parental consent form - waiting list in operation

Wednesday Running 7pm - 8pm Kings Park (beside Tennis Courts), Stirling Coached running session.  For existing squad members only.
Saturday Swim 7.10am - 7.50am The Peak,
Forthbank, Stirling

Coached swim session - all aspects of swim fitness.

Saturday     Run training 8.10am - 9am The Peak,
Forthbank, Stirling
Coached land based session suitable for younger juniors or those new to formal training.  Usually indoors.
