mmm….! What to write about this week, if only there was an Aquathlon.

Yes you’ve guested it, M3, nuzzling up close to the Lochore Meadows still managed to draw a small selection of the clubs youth, supported by the clubs youth coaches.

It was good to see STC supporting Monifieth Tri Club in their endeavours. This also drew in members of other local sporting clubs, hopefully drawing more people to the world of multi-sport.

It was head to head in some heats right up to the finish line. It appears though the juniors stopped at Broughty Ferry and stole a net off one of the fishing boats in the harbour, as they brought home their trawl of the points for the club, with some personal whoppers and catches of the day.

The juniors were grateful for M3 giving a shout out for all the juniors coming first to third, and adults please remember it was the juniors sweat that got them their Sweatshop vouchers.

To any new youth members who haven’t competed yet or who wish to gain a championship placing in the series, we are only a third of the way through this year’s series, and there’s plenty of time to have fun/get involved.
