What an atmosphere and the performances! The meet itself was the best I have ever seen and the atmoshere and performances incredible, and tomorrow is meant to be better! The meet starts at 9.30am for NBC TV. I saw the fastest 10km for men and womens, the women 30 mins and the men 27 mins flat; in the mile there were 12 men under 4 mins for the mile and a US women ran 1.57 for 800.

I had a great run ever tonight on the Prefontaine trail on tree bark and dirt. It was like floating on air. I pretty easy and ran 58 mins for 10 miles feeling easy. I have spend a couple of hours with Mark Rowalnd the Head Coach of the Oregon Track Club Elite. Tomorrow, Mo Farah v Bekele, another great mile, a 5km/800m, Tyson Gay......it just keeps rolling on.

Thanks to the club for support. Keep you posted

Well the weather is now settling down, 76 and the coutryside is awesome. What a great coaching trip, I have been invloved in 2 coaching sessions a day in the lead into the Americam Olympic Trials. The sessions are great and I am glad to be getting stuck in with all these World class athletes, men and women. The group has 800m men running 1.43, 1500m men running 3.34, 5km runner running13.08 and 10k runners with PB's of 27 mins flat.  The womens 800 runners are running 1.59, 1500's in 4.03 and the 5km in14.58. On top of that there is Jessie Williams mens World High Jump Champion and Ashton Eastin World indoor Decathlon Champion.

I have been invloved in the conditioning and core sets, steeplechase coaching and assisting with track and trail workouts. Yesterday I ran with the girls: 3 km jog warm up, strides then 10x 2mins on the trails controlled, we were running through 400m in 1.15 pace and holding!!, then we had another 3 km cool down. I have been managing to swim early at the outdoor 50m pool 3km every day and have been running between 12-16km everyy day, not long till my race on the 16th of June.

Thanks for the clubs support with this it is definitely the bbest coachign development/experience I have had. I hope you enjoy the pictures, I will be on the anti gravity treadmill tonight. The Amazon ttrail has a 1km and 1 mile loop and the Pre trail is 10 miles.
