Training

Swim Cycle Run

Stirling Triathlon Club offer a varied training plan that is delivered weekly by coaches, helpers and group leaders.

The table below is designed to give an idea of what is available on an ongoing basis but is by no means the only training sessions that are available. Many members meet regularly to train together on an informal basis as well as take part in the club's coached and led sessions.

Throughout the year ad hoc events take place for members to join in with. Watch out on the web site and through social media links to find out what is going on at your club.

Before coming to a session for the first time please read the guidance for Your First Club Session
